Description:  96" Rebuilt Cleaver Brooks Rear Door

  • Monolithic Pour
  • Includes complete cure out to 650°F, no customer cure out required!
First Pass:  
  • New RAI 310 stainless Steel V anchors and upper stainless steel pins
  • 3" of K Fac 1900 Mineral wool block backing
  • Cast Allied Minerals Duracon 28 castable.
Third Pass:  
  • 2" of Unifrax 2300°F ceramic fiber blanket
  • Stainless steel mesh and speed clips

Price of Door:  $16,495.00

Core Trade is required.  Core must be in reusable condition

Core Deposit: $7,500.00 (See core deposit note below)

Price includes NWIM pick up and delivery inside the Portland Metro Area ONLY.  See below for additional information for outside of this area and for shipping.

Removal and Installation:  

NWIM employs some of the industries finest service and installation mechanics in the business.  If you would like to have NWIM take care of the removal and installation, give us a call and we can assist you with all of your custom needs. Additional cost for these services may be required.

Shipping

Due to the size and weight, this Item is not subject to same day shipping or Free Shipping Promotion. The ship time will depend on location and shipping arrangements made by the customer and NWIM. 

Core Deposit
A core charge of $7,500.00 per door will be charged at the time of purchase and will be refunded once the door has been inspected and in usable condition. Any repairs needed to the core will be deducted from the core deposit.
