Are all item(s) subject to shipping insurance through UPS?

All NWIM Shipments are insured for the total amount of your item(s) purchased.  

-  UPS's liability for loss or damage for each domestic package is limited to $100.00 without a declaration. 

-  The buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier has signed and retrieved the item from our facility

-  The buyer assumes risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment

-  The buyer is responsible for filing all claims for loss or damage with the carrier

What if I purchase more than what is "In Stock"?

NWIM inventory is updated daily.  If the purchase of an item(s) is more than the quantity available in our stock, all of your available item(s) will be shipped first.  Back ordered item(s) will be shipped immediately in a separate order once they have arrived at our facility.  If you would like your order to ship complete this must be stated in the initial order under "Notes" in checkout.  This does not affect shipping costs.

Our Customer Care Team works diligently to provide lead time information on all back ordered items as quickly as possible. Some item(s) do not allow back order.  The reason may vary due to availability of the item, the item may be obsolete, etc.

Do you sell more products then what is online?

Yes!  Our online store is growing every day, but if you cannot find what you are looking for on our online store, we have the resources to be able to find you any boiler part that you may need.  Give us a call at (360) 256-0923 or send us a message from our store with the product detail and we will locate any product for you.
